Abstract
Automated welding machine have become very usual for high-volume industries like the automotive zone. The automation of welding process is needed because of the high rework cost to repair defective joints, which are inevitable in manual welding. It is low in weight and moveable which offers the operator the opportunity to work in variable manufacturing conditions. Furthermore, the selection of a broad range of welding machines is possible. Improvement or creativity of new technologies in shop floor has a huge opportunity to increase the output and quality of the product development. This paper is a review of research about the growth in robotic welding using vision power. By implementing the vision power to the real working area yields innovative solution to the real world problem in a dissimilar dimensions.
